Jackson Lake Campground and Park, LLC

Our premier party house. Newly remodeled bathrooms, new roof, ceiling repaired, new beautiful ceiling fans, and a beautiful new facade on the front of the building were all added in 2012.  See the pictures at "Lodge Before & After". The Lodge has a wonderful large covered patio on the north side of the building. We have a kitchen area for prep, with refrigerator, sinks, and prep area.  A large outdoor charcoal grill is available for your use, if you choose. Full use of park ammenities are included in the rental, weather permitting (excludes camping).

Lodge Rental Rates - NEW

Peak Season Rates (April 15, 2013 - October 15, 2013)

 each 50 guest increment above 300 guests add $175

All rates are flat rates, not per person. For example, if you have 151 guests you will pay the rate for parties of 150-200. With this structure the rates are at a significant discount from our previous rates.

Reservations

Settler's Lodge reservations require a $350 deposit to hold the Lodge and a $100 security deposit which will be returned upon Management inspection at the end of your event.  Balance of your event cost is due at the end of your event once a final guest count is available.

If you must cancel your reservation you will be given full refund at least 45 days before your event, 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before your scheduled event, 20% if cancelled at least 20 days before your event.  There will be no refund of deposit if you cancel within 20 days of scheduled event.

For Events we accept Visa/Mastercard, Cash, and pre-approved checks.
