Coming in to see us in your home on wheels? We are happy to see you, we are OPEN YEAR-ROUND**! The local industry is greatly supported by individuals from out of the area and due to our fabulous location, we are the choice destination for just such "campers." We've also been known to have more than one Snowbird visit us for the summer. Whether you've lived with us before, or it's your first time, we are here to provide you with your home away from home. We also permit mail delivery to the campground for your convenience.
In addtition to the rules found under "PARK RULES" these additional rules apply to residential campers.
Residential campsites are permitted one RV per site, tents are not permitted.
Residential Campers are required to keep their sites mowed, loaner mowers are available through the office.
All automobiles in the campground must be operational, registered, and insured.
Residential campers must be located on sites that provide sewage disposal.
Anyone who moves site markers will be expelled from the campground permanently.
You must provide Park Management current proof of insurance at all times. Jackson Lake Campground & Park, LLC is not responsible for damage to your RV while in the Park.
We do not accept residential tent campers
Full size freezers, full size washer and/or dryers, and any other full size appliances are not permitted in the park. All appliances must be fully contained in your RV and be RV size appliances.
Residential campers are responsible to mow around any items located on their campsite during the mowing crews regular rounds.
Each residential site is limited to one storage building. No storage building may have park utilities ran to said building.
Other than an RV, no outbuilding, storage buildings, or structure, may be erected or placed in park without express permission by Management. All structures brought into the park must have management’s prior approval as to location, dimensions, and aesthetics prior to being brought onto park property. Under no circumstances will any campsite be permitted more than one outbuilding or storage building. There is no guarantee you will be permitted to keep a building previously placed on the park grounds for any length of time. If at any time Management of the Park determines that the previously placed building has not been maintained in a condition acceptable to park management, you will be required to move, remove or remedy the condition within two weeks of written notice. No location for such a building will be approved if it is not located entirely on the rented site of the individual who owns the building.

$500 per month + electric.
Upon move in a $150.00 electric deposit is due.
Each additional camper under 18 is $40/month.
Each additional camper over 18 is $60/month.
Children under 2 are FREE!!!
Rent includes water and sewage.
